How to Redeem a Balance Code

To call models through Nyxos API, your account needs balance. You receive redemption codes and redeem them inside the gateway panel's Wallet.

Step-by-Step Redemption Process

Navigate to the gateway panel: https://api.nyxos.shop and log in with your registered credentials.

In the left sidebar, under Personal center, click Wallet (direct URL: https://api.nyxos.shop/wallet).

The Wallet page shows your balance statistics at a glance: Current Balance, Accumulated Consumption, and API Requests.

In the top-up area of the Wallet page, locate the Redemption Code input field.
Paste the redemption code you received.
Click Redeem and wait for the confirmation.

After a successful redemption, your Current Balance updates on the Wallet page and in the account summary (top-right).
You can review past transactions in Order History (top-right corner of the top-up card).

One-Time Use: Each redemption code can only be used once. If redemption fails, re-check the code for completeness — and confirm its status with Nyxos support (the panel does not always show the exact reason: used, expired, or invalid).
Account-Wide Balance: Redeemed balance funds every API key under your account — you do not need one code per key.
Unused Balance Does Not Expire: Credits are deducted only by real token usage.
Separate Services: Balance redeemed on api.nyxos.shop applies to this gateway only; the extended PlusX service (plusx.nyxos.shop) maintains its own balance.
